Jesse Abraham McCartney(born April 9, 1987) is an American pop singer and actor. Starting out at the scene at age 12 in the boyband from 1999-2002, McCartney decided to go solo after the plantium recording band decided to split. In 2003, McCartney released a first solo EP JMacwhich had moderate success in the US. His follow up was the album Beautiful Soulreleased in 2004, which went 2x plantium in the US alone. Next up was a live CD from his Beautiful Soul Tourin 2005 and his sophomore album Right Where You Want Mein 2006, for which co-wrote the majority of the songs.
